漸漸地醒了過來，映入眼簾的是一個乾乾淨淨的白色病房，原來我住進醫院了。我知道我應該是生病了，而且病得不輕。但現在的我倒是覺得全身舒暢，因此我很熟稔地緩慢走向在病房外的櫃台，看了看櫃台裡的醫生與護士們。
「今天覺得如何？」看照我的醫生也正在櫃台裡忙著。
「嗯…」我不知所云地回答著。
「唉呦，你應該把每天的事情都用紙好好紀錄下來」一位護士不耐煩地提醒著我。
醫生給了我一些藥與開水，我毫不猶豫吃下這些藥後，接著開始往醫院的其他地方走去。我分不清楚是我還沒睡醒還是在作夢，因為一切都是這麼的…莫名其妙。我在哪？我的家人們呢？當我什麼都還搞不清楚的時候，我只清楚且深刻的感覺到，我是孤獨的一個人。
我徬徨地試圖想起一些事情，但完全無濟於事，因此我開始在醫院中四處走動來試著找尋線索。這間醫院的設備超乎我想像的先進，但我卻又對整個醫院感到相當的熟悉，就好像這間醫院是我從未見過的…家。
從我身旁經過的醫生與護士們都給我一個感覺，他們都認識我，而且跟我很熟。但我卻不認識他們，我甚至不認識我自己。這到底是怎麼一回事，我完全說不上來。我隱約記得我入院時的場景…我似乎是不久前才剛入院並昏迷了幾天。如今我卻感覺到，我的家人、朋友甚至是我生活的一切，都已從我的生命中消失。怎樣會這樣，那些曾經愛我、關心我的人呢？以及我曾經熱衷的一切，似乎都早已離我遠去。
我好像失去了一切的無助。
隨手拿起一本雜誌在面前機械化的翻閱，試著隱藏身體不自主的顫抖。突然間，我完全愣住了。看了看自己的手、摸摸了自己的皮膚，我逐漸瞭解這是怎麼一回事了。我想…我的家人、朋友以及我所知道的一切已經不會再出現了。我所熱衷的事、我的夢想也都不復存在了。
原來，已經過了這麼久了，我瞪著雜誌上標註的西元 2025 年，還依稀記得昨日才與家人一起吃團圓飯…
如今在我的世界裡，只剩下我一人。
