雖然我人還在美國，但由於我對我的記憶力沒啥信心，因此最好是趁空閒的時候便來仔細紀錄這次孤身來美國的經驗，以避免像八年前的狀況一樣…回想八年前，也就是大一升大二的那個暑假，當時也是自己報名了美國的一個短期語文課程，獨自來到美國。那兩個月的時光，過得相當快樂與充實，但回國後卻沒有好好紀錄下來，後來甚至連相簿也通通搞丟了，如今只剩下一些片段的回憶，感到十分可惜。這次雖然是出差，短短九天的行程中真正待在美國當地的時間也只能算是七天，不過這次算是真正自己包辦一切的行程規劃與安排，是個很值得紀錄的經驗…
由於預算的限制無法搭乘直飛的班機，因此透過旅行社協助訂購優惠的機票，經由日本大阪(Osaka)轉機至美國底特律(Detroit)，再搭乘國內班機由底特律前往內布拉斯加州(Nebraska)的奧瑪哈(Omaha)。從 TPE 飛往 KIX 約需兩個多小時，並在 KIX 停留兩個小時後再飛行十二個小時到達 DTW，再於 DTW 停留三個小時後飛行兩小時到 OMA，因此前前後後加起來大約就要二十幾個小時，實在是累人。
大阪關西機場是個很漂亮的機場，從機場就可以看到在世界一百高樓中有名的迎賓館大樓(RINKU Gate Tower)。機場裡關於轉機的引導與標示都十分清楚，不會讓人有不知所措的感覺。機場的地勤人員每個都很可愛親切，熱心地幫大家引導轉機。
關西機場是日本第二大國際空港，因此這裡有許多來自各國的旅客，其中不乏一些姓名通常都很難唸的俄國人或阿拉伯世界的旅客。就在我等待轉機的同時，一名聲音清脆的女生正在進行廣播：「Passenger Alu..nae…ras..culi..ate….ははは….あの….Passenger Alu..na…er…as….ははは」…當下繁忙的機場瞬時安靜了許多（希望這位聲音甜美的小姐未來還可以持續她的播報工作)。

In Madrid it accounted for about 90 of estimated heat wave deaths the analysis found.
