原本這個時間我應該已經在飛行途中，無奈辛樂克颱風的搗蛋，航班被迫延期，只好寫寫文章以解鬱悶。這次出差遇到的問題真不少，好不容易美簽過了(這是一個很長的故事)，又遇到颱風，導致我原本的計畫包括住宿、租車、拜訪等行程通通要重新聯絡與調整，真是一個頭兩個大。這次的行程預計要自己開車橫跨五個州(Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Detroit)，由於每個州的法令與文化不盡相同，因此行前花了許多的時間進行資料收集整理與規劃，但就如這次的颱風一樣，計畫總趕不上變化，不過我也相信凡事都是船到橋頭自然直，這次的美國之行想必會是一個很有趣的經驗。
